He has over twenty years of progressive experience and responsibility in information management and data processing, including software design and development, project management, requirements analysis, application prototyping, documentation, support, and training using structured analysis and object oriented design and development. He has expert knowledge of UNIX, C, C++ and Relational Database Management and experience in the design and development of business and scientific applications, relational database systems, graphical applications, and cross-platform interfaces.
