Paula Staffeldt is a change agent at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, where she directs the Clinical Excellence/Teams department. She received her Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 1986. In 2007, she completed a Certificate in Management with an emphasis in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at DU’s Daniels College of Business. A long-time practitioner and student of contemplative arts and sciences, Ms. Staffeldt focuses on both action and reflection in her academic and corporate work.
