M.S., B.S. Civil Engineering, Ohio State University. He is currently employed as Deputy Manager of Pubic Works for the City and County of Denver, where he oversees Street Maintenance, Design and Construction Management, Fleet Maintenance, and the Southeast Corridor Initiative. He has more than 25 years of experience in public administration, project management, transportation planning, and business development. He has worked on numerous development projects in New York, Toronto, Washington, D.C., and New Haven, CT. (ORL)
