M.A. in Organizational Development, Bowling Green State University. Derksen is a Performance Leader with St. Anthony’s Hospitals, Centura Health System. In this role, he is responsible for assisting management in developing and leading initiatives to improve employee and patient satisfaction. Prior to joining Centura, Derksen held management positions and was an external consultant to various organizations including Unilever, Pfizer, DTE Energy and Lafarge NA. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver and a member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences. (COMM, ORL)
