M.S. Management, Leslie University, has been involved for more than 20 years in the study, teaching, practice, and program management aspects of Crisis Management involving law enforcement operations, particularly terrorist incidents. More recently he has incorporated these management concepts into a program for application to critical incidents experienced by the private sector. Brian is a recognized expert in the area of Critical Incident Resolution, Security Issues, and Major Incident Management. Since retiring from the FBI, he has remained active in Critical Incident Management and continues to conduct research into the cause of, prevent of, and resolution of critical events. (PROS)
