Fixing Dysfunctional Teams - 4 credits
Not all teams work as well as they should. When team problems develop, the issues are often the result of breakdowns between team stakeholders in procedures, processes, roles, goals, and/or relationships. A variety of techniques for diagnosing team problems, evaluating feedback, and improving performance will be discussed.
