M.S., Regis University, is a writing and composition instructor at University College, Front Range Community College, and Metropolitan State College of Denver. In her teaching, Germann emphasizes essay organization, content, style, and the synthetic skills necessary for academic writing. She has a background in training and development as the human resources director for Electronic Manufacturing Systems in Longmont, Colorado, and as human resources manager for Amax Research and Development Center in Golden, Colorado. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. (MALS)
