in World Religion and Conflict Resolution from Harvard University, B.F.A. in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College. She has been a professional writer and editor since 1989, and teaching at the university level in various capacities since 1993. In addition to courses taught at University College (since 2005), she has also taught a number of English, literature and writing classes ranging from ESL to science fiction; French; humanities; sociology; political science; comparative politics; critical thinking and problem solving; communications; and anatomy and physiology.
