Translation Project Management - 4 credits
This course gives students the opportunity to address both translation and non-translation related issues associated with planning, executing, controlling, and delivering a final translation for a client (either direct or as an agency). Particular focus is given to hands-on practice of the various communications between the parties. The course outlines an effective project management methodology that can be applied to large or small translation/localization projects.
