M.C.I.S., University of Denver, is the founder and president of Kuhns & Associate, Inc., a private consulting firm that provides software engineering, technical consulting, and business solutions for the Geographic Information Systems Industry. He has 15 years of experience in design, software engineering, implementation, and management of Geographic Information Systems and relational database management systems.
