J.D., University of Southern California is General Counsel in the Denver District Attorney’s Office and is also Deputy District Attorney for Computer Crimes. He is an Adjunct Professor at the DU College of Law. He has worked with the US Attorney's Office also instructed at the FBI Academy for the Computer Analysis and Response Team for many years. Dick has taught numerous courses in the areas of technology, the internet, computer forensics and cybercrime. He has taught MCIS 4690 - Computer Forensics with Lab, at University College since 2003.
