Graduate Financial Aid

For complete information and detailed instructions on applying for financial aid, please visit the Office of Financial Aid at 2197 S. University Blvd, Denver, CO 80208 or call them at 303-871-4020. Their office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mountain Time.

  • 1. Apply for admission.
  • 2. Apply for a US Department of Education PIN.
  • 3. Complete the FAFSA.

To be eligible for financial aid, certificate students must be enrolled in a minimum of four credit hours per quarter; degree-seeking students must be enrolled in a minimum of four credit hours per quarter; non-degree students are not eligible for Financial Aid. The Office of Financial Aid will automatically reverse financial aid funds for students who are not registered in sufficient credit hours by the first week of the quarter. Please note that financial aid funds are normally dispersed for three quarters. If you need to take a quarter off for personal reasons other than the summer quarter, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 303-871-4020.

If you wish to use financial aid to pay for summer quarter classes you must complete the summer application in the spring quarter from the Office of Financial Aid.
