Course Additions, Withdrawals and Refunds

Because Enrichment Program classes are offered in abbreviated scheduling formats, students generally cannot be added to a course after the initial class session. Students may withdraw from the class at any time during the term by contacting Student Services. 100% refunds will be made for those classes dropped at least two business days before the first class period. Students dropping a class after the two-business-days limit will receive no refund.

Waitlists

When Enrichment Program classes are filled, a waitlist is maintained. Should space become available during the registration period, students will be notified. The Student Services office is responsible for maintaining the waitlist.

Course Cancellation

Every attempt is made to deliver all scheduled Enrichment Program classes. When extenuating circumstances occur, such as low enrollments or instructor illness, course cancellations may be necessary. When possible, cancellations are made approximately one week in advance of the beginning of the course and students are notified immediately via e-mail or telephone by Student Services staff. A full refund will be issued.
